Pretty much what you would expect from a J.D. Wetherspoons pub. Cheap drinks and food but with a soulless supermarket feel about the interior. This one is designed to look like an old style pub, but the atmosphere is as plain as the pages in the books on the second floor.
Cross The High Street and head down Gabriel's Hill. At The bottom continue onto Upper Stone Street, the next Pub is on the left hand side of the road after 1/3 mile.
Leave by the front door and head left, there is an alley which passes next to the pub called Market Buildings. Your next venue is on the left.
